Andrea Louise (Reed) Stoughton passed away peacefully on July 8, 2024, in Murrieta, California, after battling cancer that had moved into the brain. She was born and raised in Worthington, Ohio and graduated from Thomas Worthington High School. While attending Otterbein College, she met and married John E. Stoughton, DVM. Early in her career as a veterinary technician, she was instrumental in developing Westerville Veterinary Clinic with her husband. Andrea proudly raised three children, Nicole, Adam, and Katherine. While juggling a career and motherhood, she pursued her passion for modeling and acting throughout Central Ohio. Notably, her favorite role was Mame with Ohio Festival Theatre. She also gave her time to the service organization Sertoma to help grow clubs, membership, and public awareness of their mission of health in hearing. She is preceded in death by her mother, E. Juanita (Church) Reed, and her father, Thomas Adam Reed. Andrea is survived by her husband of over 50 years, John Edward Stoughton, and sister Lisa (David) Young. She will live in the hearts of her children and son-in-law, Nicole Stoughton, Adam Stoughton, and Katherine (David) Roeber, and grandchildren, Elise Lang, Kenji and Mia Stoughton, and Daniel and Isaac Roeber, and bonus grandson Andrew Roeber. Andrea leaves a legacy of friends and family that is too long to mention here. She brought happiness and smiles to so many people throughout her 73 years of life.
