Currently, he was a student at The Ohio State University, studying Finance. A friend to many, and loved by all, Alan had an infectious smile and personality that would draw you to him and keep you there. He will be greatly missed by all who know and love him. He is survived by his loving family: parents, Michael and Dorla; sisters, Jessica Tobey and Kelly (Ben) Hoeger; grandmothers, Barbara Hain and Dolores Tobey; Uncle Bob Tobey; Aunt Donna (Garrett) Needham and their children, Dan, Rob and Joe (Sarah Prosser) Harris; Aunt Janet (Randy) Gowen and their children, Steve and Jeff Gowen; Aunt Holly Weber and her children, Jody (Kelly Reed) Clemans, Audrey (Chris) Stowers and Tara (Brad) Gilbert; Aunt Marci Hain; Aunt Paula (Barney) Spiggle; Uncle Dave (Pearl) Hain and their children, Jenine and Jake Hain; as well as many other extended family members, and a loving group of friends, too many to mention. He is preceded in death by his grandfather's John Hain and Jack Tobey.
