Janet Marie Schultz and Richard Irving Brothers married August 27, 1960. They had two kids the oldest surviving, Christopher Donald Brothers, and the youngest, Janelle Vivian Brothers. Janelle was born in Cleveland Ohio on April 30, 1964. She graduated Worthington High School in 1982 and then enrolled into the Air Force. Due to a previous injury, this affected her performance and she was honorably discharged. She always had an extreme love for animals, bikers, friends, family, anything that had life. She had her first child, surviving, Tiffany Shai Brothers, July 31, 1990. A couple of years later, Janelle got accepted into The Yerkes National Primate Research Center at Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. She was a caretaker for most of the primates, but especially the Great Ape wing. It was a dream job. She became pregnant with her second child, surviving, Megan Nalani Brothers who was born August 12, 1994. She loved her job, but she loved her kids more and became a stay-at-home mother. As years went by, she developed some health problems. Having to have her spleen and gallbladder removed reduced her immune system and an incident where a horse stepped on her shin causing permanent bruising and later on blood clots. After her first pulmonary embolism in 2006, she was diagnosed with the blood disease, Lupus. Years later she had two more pulmonary embolisms and survived, however as of April 6, 2022, Janelle, beloved mother, grandmother and sister has passed away.
