Jeffery lived a life of hard work, service, and was devoted to his family. Surviving are 4 children: Andrew Hayes (Melissa), Peter Hayes, Katherine Rinehart (Peter), Timothy Hayes; 3 Grandchildren: Alexander, Sotirios, and Liam.
